DiLegge’s Restaurant is a little bit of Italy on North Main St. in Evansville, IN. Featuring both Italian and American Cuisine, DiLegge’s is family owned and operated, by Dan DiLegge and his sister Gina and celebrating 30 years in business in 2016! DiLegge’s features a full bar and indoor seating for 80, with an outdoor patio seating up to 25 people.
Dan’s niece Emily DiLegge Brinkmeyer is the General Manager of the restaurant and operates the DiLegge’s Banquet Center, right next door to the restaurant, which can be rented and catered for groups up to 100 people.
All of the Italian recipes featured at DiLegge’s are from old family recipes, handed down from generation-to-generation, and lovingly preserved by Dan and Gina. Dilegge’s was the first Italian restaurant to feature “baked ziti” and Fettuccine Alfredo, and both remain a fan favorites and signature dishes today.
Discriminating diners at DiLegge’s have likened their Italian cuisine to a trip to famous Mama Leone’s in New York or Alfredo’s in Rome. DiLegge’s sausage and meat balls are made from scratch, from an old family recipe too, and are amazingly authentic.
Our philosophy is that good Italian food need not be fancy-just delicious, but should be served in a casual and family-friendly restaurant with great service and outstanding value. May we serve you? Please call (812) 428-3004 for more information or to make reservations.
